My family owned Transy Den a restaurant and we lived close by on 4th street. I was a teenager and would go to the girls dorm to collect for the Courier Journal which my brothers delivered to dorm. No coed dorms then so I had to go to the girls rooms to collect money ,even my brothers ages 13-14 were not allowed beyond the front desk.

You are right about the shock. The house mothers would have a male to walk me home and I would think how do they know it is not them...I remember my dad saying how he never heard of a case that seem to have so many suspects. and here we are 2009 and still do not know who killed Betty Gail. A very cold case.

The answer is no he was not right. If she was going north bound and the procession was traveling south bound then she doesnt have to do anything except keep on traveling. You have to yield the right of way at the intersection, soooo if they were going south and she was going north theres nothing to yield. Beyond that if she was stopped at the intersection theres no harm no foul.

Is it against the law for and person that had no ties with Obama to make a post on the Straw polls giving Obama's web site for donations. This is posted at least 50 timed a day. I thought it was illegal for someone to ask for money without permission from the State or someone that gives permission. The person goes by the name ( VOICE OF REASON) and (MICHELLE)

I can't tell you how many times, I as a motorist, have had to slow or stop to allow pedestrians to cross between Limestone and S. Martin Luther King. People will find the shortest means to get from one place to another and unfortunately in this case it is dangerous for both pedestrians and motorists. Let's make Lexington a more walkable city. Why has the city not addressed the dangerous crosswalk (or lack thereof) to the Lextran hub on Vine Street?

I purchased my digital TV – antenna converter box a month or so ago. I can get all the network stations as well some others that I couldn’t pick up before, but I no longer receive Fox 56. I've called them twice and they suggested setting my TV on a different channel. I’ve tried channels 3 and 4 as well as the ‘video’ setting, and Fox does not register on any of them. Are there any other options?
