		<description>The Habitat for Humanity ReStore accepts donations of used but working appliances and has a free pickup service for larger items. I don&#039;t know of any charity in town that accepts broken appliances or electronics.Sadly, the parts cost  for even simple repairs can exceed the resale value of a used appliance.</description>
